On August 11, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 9900 block of W FM 1960, the Carrington Place Apartments in reference to a female suspect causing a disturbance in the front office.

Upon arriving deputies located the suspect who refused to obey all verbal command given by Constable Deputies. As deputies attempted to detain her, she became aggressive and began kicking deputies causing them minor injuries. Once detained the suspect was identified as Alyssa Danko.

“Alyssa Danko was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault on a Public Servant. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 262nd District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman

Comments:
Classic case of overreach by Deputies/Asst, DA @ DA intake. instead of de-escalating the situation, the deputies most likely encouraged the response.

Assault by contact? Maybe. I doubt this woman is 100 lbs soaking wet.

Charge her with disorderly conduct, unless she was a resident of the complex, and she got into an argument with the Mgr. which seems most likely.then the judge should tell everybody to take it to civil court where this dispute belongs in the JP's court.

Constable Herman should have his deputies out looking for burglars instead.

Hummmm, looking at those cold empty mindless eyes and that curled-up twisted mouth like a sitcom playa', I'm sure she wasn't causing any distubance.
Yeahh right. Bet no-civil words never cross her lips. Yup, just a Drama Queen with her mouth always running. And I'll even bet that she is on ALL Social Media sites, including F-book...
Arrest her? Hell-yeah! Put that mouth in solitary-confindment for LIFE and give society a break...
Help

Someone's obviously not a Constable Herman fan.
