On February 12, 2018 a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 3800 block of the North Sam Houston Parkway East. The driver failed to stop and fled, leading the deputy on a brief chase. During the investigation, Constable Deputies discovered that the driver, identified as Jose Zuniga displayed signs of being intoxicated. Field sobriety tests were administered and it was discovered that Zuniga was Driving While Intoxicated. 

“Jose Zuniga was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Evading. His received no bond out of County Court 4 for the Driving While Intoxicated and No Bond out of the 263rd District Court for Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.”  -

I wish LEO's could administer a beating and be free from all legal repercussion when anyone in a vehicle fails to pull over. Sooner or later people will get it... You do not run from the law in a vehicle.
