Crime Stoppers, Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office Homicide Division and the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force are seeking the public's assistance in locating three men wanted for the November 22, 2009 murder of Christopher Mitchell.  

On Sunday November 22, 2009 21 year old Christopher Mitchell was shot and killed in the common area of the Haverstock Hills Apartments at 5629 Aldine Bender.  An anonymous tipster called into the Crime Stoppers tip line with the names of several individuals involved in the murder.  The Harris County Sheriff's Office Homicide Division launched an extensive investigation and Ellery Bryan Hardy, Kevin Jerel Hardy, Chadrick Canard Johnson and Laroy E. Fergueson were identified and charged with the Murder.   Fergueson has been arrested and is in the Harris County Jail but the other three are still at large.

Ellery Hardy is a 24 year old Black male.  He is 5'10" tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has black hair, possibly in braids, brown eyes and a dark complexion.  He also has a warrant for his arrest for an Aggravated Assault.  His last known address is in the 6900 block of Old North Belt in Humble.

Kevin Hardy is a 21 year old Black male.  He is 6'0" and weighs 155 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes with a dark complexion.  His last known address is in the 5600 block of Aldine Bender in Houston.

Chadrick Johnson is a 22 year old Black male.  He is 5'6" tall and weighs 135 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes with a dark complexion.  He also has warrants for his arrest for an Aggravated Robbery and a Sexual Assault.  His last known address is in the 6200 block of Greens Road in Houston.

All three suspects are considered armed and dangerous.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 tips hotline or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org  that leads to the arrests of Ellery B. Hardy, Kevin J. Hardy, or Chadrick C Johnson.  Tips can also be sent by text message - Text TIP610 plus your tip to CRIMES (274637).  All tipsters remain anonymous.
